We take great pride in the quality of our products and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you decide  not to keep an item after trying it on, you can return your order to our warehouse within 14 days of  the original shipping date.

All products must be returned in saleable condition, unworn and undamaged in its original packaging with garment tags attached. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund you in full, excluding shipping and handling charges, and duties and taxes where applicable.

Sale or Discounted Items

Items on sale or purchased using a special discount code cannot be returned or refunded.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase but cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not offer refunds for items bought using a gift card, although we can offer store credit subject to approval from our returns team.


Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to availability. If an item is sold out, we will issue you a full refund. You may also exchange items if you require a different size. 

Please note that many of Tabla’s creations are handmade  so there may be variations in prints and fabrics. Certain finishes may come across as defective but are  actually part of the craft. Please  feel free to contact us for clarification.

Return Proceedure

Please email us at info@tablatm.com (be sure to include your order number and note which items you are returning and the reason for the return).
We will then send you a confirmation email if your return is accepted. Upon receipt, please mail the item (s) to our warehouse address listed below:

Please remember to include the following information: your name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number.
Customers must bear all shipping costs for any returns. Be sure to use a traceable shipping method otherwise your return may not be accepted.  Tabla is not responsible for shipping charges imposed by your chosen carrier or packages lost in transit.  Customers are responsible for all packages until they reach our warehouse.

If the item has been accepted by our returns team, we will refund you using the same method of payment used to complete the order. Please note, it takes an average of 5-7 business days to refund to your account.
