Ghapala (घपला), which means “patchwork” in Hindi, was the starting point for this piece. We worked with artisans to create exclusive print using floral motifs from the Mughal era which were hand applied onto cotton making each piece unique. This floor length kaftan showcases this print and is finished with a luxurious gold overlay and intricately embroidered Kundan and Moti (Pearl) embroideries at the neckline.
